• Scrub and wash window sills and lock ledges

• Handwipe/scrub doors and door frames

• Handwipe/scrub baseboards

• Vacuum floors

• Mop hard-surface floors

• Trash taken out

Kitchen

• Clean countertops

• Polish stainless steel

• Clean microwave inside and out

• Handwipe cabinet and drawer inside and out (if empty)

• Scrub & handwipe backsplash

• Sanitize sink and polish fixtures

• Vacuum and mop the floor

• Clean stove and oven

• Clean fridge and freezer

Bathrooms

• Clean shower, and tub

• Clean and disinfect sink, and countertop

• Handwipe cabinet and drawer inside and out (if empty)

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

• Clean and sanitize the toilet and toilet area

• Vacuum and mop the floor

• Vacuum master closet floor

• Empty trash bins

Bedrooms

 Note: The property must have working electricity and water and be completely vacant for move-in/move-out cleaning. We do not move furniture or large items during this service. Trash will be taken out as part of the cleaning; however, excessive trash, debris, or leftover belongings are not included and may result in additional charges or require rescheduling.
